Mission
To increase Simplexity's visibility, sales
and enrollments to a vastly wider audience by encouraging all
distributors to set up booths at Shows, Fairs and other similar
venues.
Goal
To create and collate information pertaining
to setting up and maintaining booths by serving as a 'Clearing
House' for the advice and experiences of those who have gone
before.
Possible Venues
Marathons or other runs, Farmers
Markets, Childrens Fairs, College Campus Fairs, Expos,
Truckers Jamboree, Craft Fairs, School Fairs, Earth Fairs,
Flea Markets, Pet Shows, Plant & Garden Shows, Body &
Soul Expos . . .
How to find venues in
your area
- Call or email your local Chamber of
Commerce for their calendar of events.
- Call the Convention Center in your area
for a listing of events being held there.
- Call or email your local Tourist Information
Center for their calendar.
- Most TV/radio stations have a community
bulletin board (and be sure to inform them if you're putting
up a booth somewhere).
- Check internet site www.exhibitornet.com for
a few listings.
The next step is to choose the events you
are interested and then call them for details on registration,
cost, availability, time frame, appropriateness, etc.

Set-up
- Try to get a corner booth - set up tables
in an L-shape if you can, but no matter what size or
location your booth is, be sure to stand in front of it.
- Have comfortable chairs for folks to
relax in for a minute. (Not you!) This gives you a chance
to engage them in conversation.
- Colorful banner (made from felt or other?
)
(Ask your upline or other distributors in your area if they
have a Simplexity Banner you can borrow). See banner section
below for where to purchase banners.
- Tablecloth with your business name on
it (also made of felt or other?
maybe green cloth with
a lace cover.
- Display several (empty) bottles of products,
key chain Algae carrier with capsules and/or tablets in it
so people can see how its consumed. The empty bottles
can be glued or taped together to make a colorful display.
- If the spot is big enough, set up a
small TV and play tapes with sound down (Suggestions: Dan
OBrien, Intro Pack video, Inside/Out video, Earths
First Food or Super Blue Green Planet)
- Dress up the space with a potted plant
or flowers (Chance to talk about the Planet Food® )
- Put up a display with photos & articles
of kids, animals & other healthy things (Animal photos
provide a lead-in for the Animal Food.)

Extras
- SBGTV tape #4013 is a visual way to
pick up some good stuff about the value of booths.
- Put out Nicaraguan bracelets with a
small display about "The Nicaraguan Report" and
Simplexity
- Solution Projects. Helps to focus on
the vision.
- Give out excess tapes & literature
you have - (DO remember your name & phone on them, too).
- Display some good literature even if
you cant give it away - for example, the New Leaf with
Dan OBrien on the cover, Algae for All, Network of Hopes
Childrens or Physicians issues, Optimal Health
Report, Dr. Taylors article about algae & ADD/ADHD.
- Focus on the Holiday Gift Specials during
the holidays. These will be coming out with gift wrapping
this year.

Notes
- Attention span of attendees is about
15-30 seconds. Helps you practice your algae presentation.
- Put your name & phone number on
EVERYTHING
- Have a good time folks will respond
and youll have an even better time
- Make follow-up calls as soon as possible!
- Start planning
NOW
a Home Meeting a week for the next 2 weeks or
a Feingold speaker the following month or whatever is appropriate
and possible for follow-up.

Brochures
Give out recipes stapled to Natural Solutions
Brochures or on the back of any info sheet you like being
sure to affix your name & number. Folks tend to keep recipes
and not casually throw them away as they do much of the other
information they receive. Download recipes from the Superfood
Tasting Party section.

Questionnaires
A suggestion: one could be "
designed
specifically to find out if someone is interested in Simplexity
as a way to improve their health and/or their financial future.
Sign-up Lists
These are for a raffle if you have one
and then to use for follow-up calls. Provide a space for name,
address, phone number and you can include a section for any
other information you want to know, such as, are they interested
in a business, do they have a special health problem, would
they like a Free health consultation, etc.
