Vision
To bring the heart, soul, and mind
of the Cell Tech Village together into a common quest for
success founded on the principles of freedom for all
life.
Purpose
To assist in the development of
a business system that works that honors
the variety of gifts we have to offer, that supports the diverse
needs, skills, and interests of our people, and that can expand
and contract to fit individual dreams.
1998-99 Goals
To identify the essential steps
the basic business process that serves as the
foundation of our businesses.
To develop practical and adaptable
tools which develop leadership and encourage individuality,
creativity, teamwork, and productivity.
To identify the core Cell Tech
story so that we can easily communicate the whole picture
with joy and integrity.
To find, test, and develop the
formulae that are at the foundation of success in Cell Tech,
and be able to teach them to our groups in a way they can
duplicate.
Team History and Details:
Founded as a Double Diamond Team
in March, 1998 by Joy Gilfilen, Chair.
As of May, 1999, the Members were:
Joy Gilfilen and Diane Silver, Co-chairs; Beth Rontal; and
Jeff Dean. There are many Double Diamonds and others from
various downlines who have contributed in many different ways.
Some have helped develop original materials by giving ideas
and suggestions or generously sharing their expertise or knowledge.
Others have been pioneers taking each rough draft formula
to the field to test, work with, and identify anomalies, cultural
variables and common patterns. Ultimately all contributors
have worked to improve materials so that we have tools that
work universally.
Our Request to You:
Please use these materials, modify
and adapt them to your situation.
