Charles and Deanna developed a somewhat different way of doing tasting parties. Some of you may remember seeing them present this approach on stage at AC 2000. They produced a manual telling exactly how to plan for and host a tasting party.

Because their material is in PDF format, we cannot edit it to update it as we have other parts of this section. Print their manual and use it, making the obvious changes, and have a party!.

When they suggest Square Meal Bars and BG Bites, substitute the BG Bars or make bars and cookies using the Cell Tech products and serve them instead. There are a number of recipes on this site.
