Dr. Paula Bickford is Professor of Neurosurgery and Pharmacology at the University of South Florida and is a member of the university’s Center of Excellence for Aging and Brain Repair. She spoke in Dallas about the nutritional aspects of interventions in aging and improving the function of stem cells.
