There are ways to help with depression and its devastating effects. Depression is a problem that affects people of all ages. Many things can contribute to a person's feeling depressed: circumstances, genetic history, brain chemistry, poor diet, hormonal imbalance, and stress. Children, teens, adults, and the elderly all experience depression for different reasons, and the symptoms can vary:  low energy, brain fog, feelings of hopelessness, sadness, substance abuse, gambling, watching too much TV, and eating, shopping, or sleeping too much. Join Naturopathic Family Nutritionist Laura Thompson, Ph.D., to hear statistics about depression and the great news about how we can take action today to combat this serious ailment. Moderated by Cindy Bertrand.
